Decision

That Cabinet:
1. Adopts the updated KPIs / SPIs and targets as part
of the Council’s new Performance Management
Framework
2. Delegates authority to each Portfolio Holder to
amend individual KPIs relevant to their area, if required.
Wholescale or high impact changes will still go back to Cabinet for
approval.
