RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      considered the Peers for
the Panel Performance Assessment: namely for the Senior Officer Peer, the
Senior Elected Member Peer, and Independent Chair and the two Peers from the
wider public, private or voluntary sectors, and

 

(b)      approves the selected Peers
in order for the Panel to be established.
