RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      confirms that it has read,
understood, and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 2 to
the report) as part of its consideration, and

 

(b)      the contractors as
recommended and detailed in Table 1 (section 3.2 of the report) which had been
evaluated according to the scoring and weighting methodology detailed within
the tender documents, be appointed to the Housing Voids Framework on the terms
outlined within the report.
