Purpose

The Lead Member
approves the introduction of charges for Street Naming and Numbering related
services as set out in Appendix 1.  The
Lead Member approves the updates to the Street Naming and Numbering Policy to
reflect the introduction of charges and change in service structure (Appendix
2). The Lead Member confirms that the Well-being Impact Assessment (Appendix 3)
has been read, understood and taken into account.
