RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      approve the tender process
for the project;

 

(b)      delegates authority to the
Head of Planning, Public Protection and Countryside Services, Head of
Education, Section 151 Officer and Monitoring Officer to award the contract at
the conclusion of the tender process in consultation with the Leader of the Council
and Lead Member for Education and Children’s Services in order to progress the
project in accordance with the funding timescales set out in paragraph 4.1 of
the report, and

 

(c)      confirms that it has read,
understood, and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 1 to
the report) as part of its consideration.
