RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      agree and adopt the
completed Economy Strategy, Action Plan and Executive Summary documents;

 

(b)      delegates approval of the partnership
and performance framework to the Prosperous Denbighshire Board;

 

(c)      acknowledges and thanks
members for their invaluable contribution to the Task and Finish Group and note
that its task has now been completed, and

 

(d)      confirms that it has read,
understood, and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 4 to
the report) as part of its consideration.
