RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      agree and adopt the Corwen
and Denbigh Placemaking Plans as the strategic framework for town centre
investment and regeneration;

 

(b)      delegate the approval of
the governance structure and monitoring to the Prosperous Denbighshire Board,
and

 

(c)      confirms that it has read,
understood and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 1 to
the report) as part of its consideration.
