RESOLVED that Cabinet –

 

(a)      confirm that the agreed
process has been applied and endorse the project selection to be submitted for
PiPIF funding as set out in paragraph 5.2 of the report and Appendix 2 to the
report;

 

(b)      delegates authority to the
Corporate Director: Environment and Economy and the Lead Member to i) ensure
that the required reporting information to secure the PiPIF funding for
projects in Denbighshire is submitted by the deadline of 16 February 2026 and ii)
to make any required amendments to allocations in line with the Council’s
Financial Regulations and in compliance with the UK Government’s requirements,

 

(c)      agrees that the decision
must be implemented immediately in accordance with the provisions of section
7.25 of the Council’s Constitution and will not be subject to Call-In for the
reasons set out in paragraphs 5.3 and 5.4 of the report, and

 

(b)      confirms that it has read,
understood and taken account of the Wellbeing Impact Assessment (Appendix 3 to
the report) as part of its consideration.
