RESOLVED that Cabinet –

(a)      notes the final revenue outturn position for 2025/26 as described in the report and detailed in Appendices 1 to 4 and 7 as set out within the report, and

(b)      approves the reserves position for 2025/26 as described in the report and detailed in Appendices 5 – 6.
