Decision

RESOLVED that the Committee –

(a)      note the positive increase in new Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) applications following implementation of the temporary policy;

(b)      approve the adoption of the temporary WAV policy amendments as a permanent policy change, without further consultation, and

(c)      instruct officers to update and publish the amended Licensing Policy.
