Purpose

This decision is about the nomination of an elected member
to be a trustee of the Eirianfa Association, Denbigh.

Content

(i)
The nomination of Councillor
Pauline Edwards to join the Eirianfa Association in
the role of trustee; and

(ii)
That, subject to any limitations imposed by the Association itself, the term of
this appointment will be for the term of the current Council, unless a
replacement nomination is made.
