Purpose

The ‘Botanical Gardens Depot, Rhyl – Phase 2 Improvement Works’ project will facilitate the removal and replacement of substandard and environmentally inefficient equipment and vehicle storage facilities at the depot.

Decision

Approval of the tendering and procurement of the project in order to facilitate the removal and replacement of substandard and environmentally inefficient equipment and vehicle storage facilities at the depot.

Reasons for the decision

Following extensive works on design and specification there is now a need for a lead member delegated decision to progress this project to the tendering and procurement stage due to the projects value.
