Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet –

(a)      approves submitting an offer for the lease of Tal y Fan subject to contract, and

(b)      supports the Business Case for the associated works to enable the Tal y Fan provision to become operational for Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn from September 2027 including the identified annual revenue pressure of £616k which would need to be considered as part of the budget setting process for 2027/28.
