Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet –

(a)      approve the match funding financial commitment of Denbighshire to the Llangollen Primaries Project;

(b)      approve the submission of the Strategic Outline Case (Appendix 1 to the report) for consideration by the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning Investment Panel in November 2026, and

(c)      confirms that it has read, understood and taken account of the Well-being Impact Assessment (Appendix 1a to the report) as part of its consideration.
