Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet –

(a)      approves the Business Case (Appendix 1 to the report);

(b)      authorises commencing the procurement phase by allowing the appropriate Lead Member to sign the Commissioning form (Appendix 2 to the report) on behalf of Cabinet, and

(c)      requires officers to bring a further report at the conclusion of the procurement process to consider contract award.  This was anticipated to be January 2027.
