Decision

RESOLVED that Cabinet –

(a)      confirms that it has read, understood and taken account of the Well-being Impact Assessment 1434 (Appendix 1 to the report) as part of its consideration;

(b)      approve that a planning application for a permanent Gypsy and Traveller site at 42 and 42a Marine Road be submitted in the Autumn 2026, and

(c)      approve that a planning application for the creation of a new access road to the car park of the Caradoc Road flats be submitted as soon as possible.
