The Joint ICT Committee oversees the management and future development of the shared ICT service initiative between Derbyshire Dales and other client authorities. It receives reports from the Joint Management Team, resolves disputes between authorities as per the Partnership Agreement, and agrees the cost structure and financial resources for the shared service. The committee also considers funding increases for unforeseen costs, explores expanding joint working to other service areas, and approves amendments to the Service Level and Partnership Agreements. It further manages the joint contracting relationship within the partnership.
