Licensing & Appeals Sub-Committee

The Licensing & Appeals Sub-Committee is responsible for determining various licensing applications and appeals under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005. This includes decisions on personal and premises licences, club premises certificates, and provisional statements when objections are received. The committee also handles reviews of premises licences, objections to temporary event notices, and appeals against dismissal as part of the Council's grievance policy. Additionally, it considers appeals related to Tree Preservation Orders and other miscellaneous matters.
