Chair to request nominations of a Deputy Civic Chair. Nominations will be received and seconded with supporting speeches. The election of the Deputy Civic Chair will then take place.

Invite newly elected Deputy Civic Chair to take their seat. They are invested with their chain of office by the outgoing Deputy Civic Chair and completes their declaration of office.
