This is an urgent decision, taken on behalf of the Council, to amend elements of the Document Retention and Management Policy. The time scales within the Document Retention and Management Policy appear to be historic with no legal rational for keeping data in the way the policy outlines. For housing applications this means we can never remove or destroy personal records, therefore requires amendment.
