Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority Board

The Devon and Torbay Combined County Authority (CCA) Board brings together representatives from Devon County Council and Torbay Council, alongside other local authorities, national parks, businesses, and partners. It champions the interests of residents and the region nationally and internationally.

The CCA is responsible for key functions including adult education and skills, business growth and innovation, net zero, energy and environment, and transport. It also holds broad powers concerning land and housing within Devon and Torbay.
