RESOLVED that, in respect of the ENV6306-785 – Old Bideford Road, Sticklepath proposals, as set out in the Local Waiting Restriction Tranche 3 Report considered by the Committee on 12 June 2026, the Committee endorse the implementation of the advertised No Waiting At Any Time restrictions, with the exception of the 6-metre section and 15-metre section identified following a subsequent site visit and review by the Local Member and Officers, which shall not be implemented.
