Decision

RESOLVED that the Committee:

·         accept the update on debt recovery & write off policies, principles and reporting,

·         accept the update on the Standard Duplicate Payments / Mispayments,

·         accept the update on Social Care Overpayments, and the Council’s current overpayment aged debt position and the actions being taken to Prevent, Discover and Recover these debts, and

·         request an update report at the March meeting.
