The Committee considered the Devon Minerals and Waste Plan

The Committee RESOLVED to:

a) Approve the proposal to commence plan-making, in accordance with the

Scope of Works;

(b) Delegate authority to the Planning Manager in consultation with the Chair of Development Management Committee to publish the Notice to Commence

plan-making;

(c) Delegate authority to the Planning Manager in consultation with the Chair of Development Management Committee to approve final consultation

documents, following review by the Member Working Group, and to

undertake consultation;

(d) Delegate authority to the Planning Manager in consultation with the Chair of Development Management Committee to approve and publish the final

version of the Minerals and Waste Plan Timetable;

(e) Delegate authority to the Planning Manager in consultation with the Chair of Development Management Committee to approve future updates the

Minerals and Waste Plan Timetable following review by the Member

Working Group.
