Decision

Councillor Lodge MOVED and Councillor Rake SECONDED that the Investment & Pension Fund Committees advice be accepted and that Council notes that;

(a) the Investment and Pension Fund Committee did not make a recommendation back to Council; and that

(b) the Committee has asked officers to request to LPPI that the issue be placed on the agenda and considered at the Partner Fund Strategic Forum, with outcomes of that discussion to be communicated back to the Committee.

It was MOVED by Councillor Davies, SECONDED by Councillor Julian that the vote be taken by roll call.

The Motion was put to the vote and declared LOST.

The amendment in the name of Councillor Lodge was then put to the vote and declared CARRIED and subsequently thereafter also CARRIED as the substantive motion.
