Purpose
The Cabinet Member decision to invite and
evaluate tenders for a contract for an Out of Hours Joint Telephone
Handling Service was made on the 6 March 2024, with a delegation to
award the contract to the Director of Customer and Transactional
Services on the basis that a detailed and thorough competitive
dialogue procurement was carried out to appoint a suitable
provider.
This procurement has been completed which
investigated all commercial and technical aspects and authority is
sought to award a 5 +1+1 year contract to Capita Business Services
Ltd, the successful provider.
