Purpose

This report seeks approval to directly award a
contract under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework
Agreement (RM6168 Lot 1 – Total Estate Solutions) to Lambert
Smith Hampton Group Limited for the provision of Valuation Services
commencing from 1 July 2025. The contract term will be for a period
of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year (4 years
in total) with an overall total contract value of
£636,000.
 
The contract provides valuations of assets for
accounting purposes, to be included in the statutory statement of
accounts, and provision for reinstatement cost assessments, used
for insurance purposes.
