Purpose

This report outlines the
outcome of the tender process for the appointment of a Sales and
Marketing Agent for three housing schemes: Lexden & Steyne
Road, Northolt Grange Community Centre, and Golf Links Phase
3.
 
Following a competitive
mini-competition under the Peabody Sales & Marketing Framework
Lot 3, three compliant tenders were received and evaluated. The
evaluation process considered price, quality, and social value. The
proposal is to award a contract for the provision of sales and
marketing agent services for Package B sites to Redloft LLP,
subject to initial pre-contract market testing exercise being
undertaken for the Lexden Road scheme.

Package B - Tender Report) was not for publication on the basis
that it contained information relating to the financial or business
affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding
that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the
Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).
 

ii                
Agreed to award a contract to Redloft LLP, to
commence as early as September 2025.
