Purpose

works to take place on the upper floors of Perceval House. The
three project workstreams making up this contract are as
below:
Workstream 1 will upgrade the toilets and comply with the Equality
Act 2010
Workstream 2 will make better use of staff workspaces
Workstream 3 will upgrade the lighting in line with the latest
guidelines on building efficiency.
