Purpose

This report sets
out the proposed arrangements to extend the existing ICT infrastructure managed
services contract until May 2027 and to put in place
replacement services when that contract expires.
The existing
contract provides services to support, maintain, and deliver key
ICT and business outcomes. These services range from maintaining
and developing business applications, project management services
and technical/non-technical support, covering activities,
such as: application packaging; support
of application platforms; device management; managed desktop
virtualisation and desktop support; e-mail security support; onsite
server support; and integrated IT operation services relating to
ICT security.
