To enter into a new 36-month lease with S
Chaudary & Co Ltd subject to mutual break option on 3
month’s prior written Notice. The new 36-month lease will be
contracted outside the Security of Tenure provisions of the 1954
Landlord and Tenant Act. The remaining terms of the lease are
detailed within the Confidential Appendix 3 – Suite M1 Heads
of Terms.
