Purpose

This report seeks an Individual Member Cabinet
Decision to authorise an amendment to the PFI contract to develop15
residential dementia beds in Martin House (Gladstone Way Unit). The
annual addition to the service fee is £265k for the remaining
term of the PFI agreement (up to 2035) and as such requires an IMCD
in line with contract procedure rules.
