Purpose

Approval to extend Ivy Legal
contract for two years from 1st November 2023 to 31st October 2025
at a cost of circa £320,000 per annum. The purpose of this
report is to seek approval to further extend within the current
permitted terms of the contract.
 
This arrangement is to
facilitate the transition of the Planning Enforcement service and
function back in-house within Planning Services.
