To grant a new 10-year telecommunication code
Agreement to EE Limited and Hutchison 3G UK Limited. The lease will
follow the terms of the Electronic Communications Code, as set out
in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 as amended by
Schedule 1 to the Digital Economy Act 2017. Please refer to
Appendix 2. (plan) for location of the demise and Confidential
Appendix 1. for the Summary of Terms agreed between the
parties.
