To seek approval to procure a design team to
prepare a RIBA stage 2 design for the Racecourse Together Project,
for up to £15,000 (excl VAT). This includes an option to
extend up to a total of £90,000 (excl VAT) to cover remaining
RIBA stages, subject to further funding being secured.
