To formalise the 2 year extension allowed
under the terms of the existing
Residential Services contract with BNP (please see Confidential
Appendix 1 –“Call Off Contract - BNP”). The
initial period of the contract expires on the 30th June 2023.
Contract terms from 1st July 2023 to reflect agreed variations as
follows: volume discount to be waived and existing Contract Charges
to remain fixed until the end of the extension period (30th June
2025).
