About
The Joint Information Communication Technology Committee is a collaborative body formed by the Executives of Stevenage Borough and East Hertfordshire District Councils. It is responsible for recommending the overall ICT strategy to both councils and approving the annual service plan for their shared ICT service. The committee also reviews performance against the service plan, approves expenditure within the shared service budget, and considers future developments and legislative changes affecting service delivery, making recommendations to the respective Executives or officers.
