Purpose

The current lease will expire shortly and the
tenant would like a new lease on similar terms. Granting a new
lease on the terms agreed will maintain rental income and will
provide flexibility to both parties.

Decision

Grant a new 3 year lease for 43 Elizabeth
Road, Bishop's Stortford, with a mutual break option

Alternative options considered

Option 1 - To renew the lease with the terms
agreed.
Option 2 - To reject the agreed terms and require the current
tenant to vacate the premises
