Purpose

The report presented the provisional outturn
for the General Fund Revenue Budget and the Capital programme
outturn for 2024/25 financial year. The outturn remained
provisional as the figures are subject to external audit.

Decision

a) Noted the general fund revenue outturn of
£132k overspend to be funded from the general reserve;
and
b) Noted the capital outturn position and
approve carry forward budgets of £358k; and
c) Received the 2023/24 draft statement of
accounts.
