Purpose

Update on progress on the Call for Sites submissions from 2024, and a proposal for a second Call for Sites in late 2026.

Decision

a)   agreed a Call for Sites 2026 to be undertaken between Thursday 15 October and Thursday 26 November 2026; and

b)   note that the outcomes of the Strategic Land Availability Assessment (taking into account both 2024 and 2026 Call for Sites submissions) be reported to the District Planning Executive Panel and Executive in due course.
