Purpose

The three sureties named on the lease are no longer active in the organisation and may no longer be able to meet their obligations under the terms of the lease. The Trust has proposed three new sureties as replacements.

Decision

To grant consent to a change of all the Sureties under a lease dated 28 April 1989 to Bishop’s Stortford Sports Trust Limited.

Option 2 - Refuse to replace the named Sureties - NOT RECOMMENDED
