Purpose

The road closures are to support public safety during the Christmas Eve carol event on Fair Green, Sawbridgeworth.
Grant of the following road closure:
Sunday 24th December 2023, 17:45 – 19:30
•The Square leading into Fair Green
Emergency access will maintain to residential properties in the roads referred to above.

Decision

The event organisers will provide signage detailing a diversion, as detailed on the map provided by the event organiser (attached).
HCC Highways have confirmed that no other road closures are in place and no planned maintenance is scheduled during this time.
