Purpose

This report will set out arrangements for setting up Community Forums to assist with the implementation of Strategic Sites. It will also set out arrangements for establishing a Development Management Forum for certain planning applications.

Decision

(A) To agree the proposal for setting up Community Forums for Strategic Sites as outlined in Appendix A; and

(B) To agree the proposal for establishing a Development Management Forum as outlined in Appendix B.
