Creation of a Deed of Easement for vehicular right of way over inlaid grass grid access route to serve new owners of 10 Elizabeth Road, Bishop's Stortford following their purchase of the property.
East Herts is the beneficiary of a charge on the charges register and the charge will be discharged once I have written confirmation that the sum of £500 has been received

Decision

The Head of Strategic Finance and Property, acting under authority delegated within section 10.13.16 of the council’s Constitution, has decided to approve a Deed of Easement on the agreed terms to the purchasers of No.10 Elizabeth Road, Bishop's Stortford.
