Purpose

EE require a right of way over the land in order to access their equipment on neighbouring land. The Communications Act 2003 obligates the Council to grant access.

Decision

The Head of Strategic Finance and Property, acting under authority delegated within section 10.13.16 of the council’s Constitution, has decided to grant a lease to EE Ltd for a right of way over a small strip of land at Warrenwood, Stapleford, as obligated to do so under the Communications Act 2003.
