Purpose

EE require a right of way over the land in order to access their equipment on neighbouring land. The Communications Act 2003 obligates the Council to grant access.

Decision

The Head of Strategic Finance and Property acting under authority delegated within Part 3c, paragraph 13.15 of the council’s Constitution has decided to grant a lease to EE Ltd for a right of way over a small strip of land at Warrenwood, Stapleford as obligated to do so under the Communications Act 2003.

Option 1 - There is no other option other than to grant consent
