Purpose

To renew the lease for an existing business
tenancy and increase the revenue income to the Council.

Decision

The Head of Strategic Finance and Property,
acting under delegated authority contained in paragraph 10.13.16 of
the Council's Constitution has decided to grant a new 3 year lease
to the Four Rivers Coffee Company Ltd for the shop at 19 Birch
Green, Birch Green, Hertford.
