Decision

1. That the addition of £500,000 to the 2026/27 Capital Programme to fund the improvements to vehicle parking provision at the waste depot, on Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth be approved.
2. That reallocating £185,000 of the revenue funding from DEFRA to capital expenditure be approved.
3. That, as per the intentions of the grant award from DEFRA, the remaining £58,250 revenue grant will be used to support wider depot enhancement initiatives be noted.
