Decision

1. That the signed Memorandum of Understanding between East Lindsey District Council and MHCLG for the Playground Fund be noted.

1. That the acceptance of £270,000 of MHCLG Playground Fund grant funding, comprising £240,000 capital funding and £30,000 revenue funding be approved.

1. That £20,000 of ELDC match funding to improve pathways and access arrangements within Keddington Road and Sandringham Drive Play Areas be approved.

1. That the necessary budget amendments and authorises expenditure of up to £290,000, comprising £270,000 of MHCLG Playground Fund grant funding and £20,000 of ELDC match funding, to deliver the Playground Fund projects and associated pathway and access improvements be approved.

1. That authority be delegated to Phil Perry Service Director for Leisure and Local Services, in consultation with, Councillor Graham Marsh, Portfolio Holder for Community Safety, Leisure and Culture and Carbon Reduction for the delivery of the play projects in Louth.
