Decision

EMCCA Board:

A)    Endorsed the proposed approach to establishing the Future Skills Infrastructure Programme as a single, integrated investment framework.

B)    Noted that approval of the Final Business Cases for the Post-16 Capacity Fund, Construction Technical Excellence College (CTEC) and Project-Based Capital programmes will be taken in accordance with the Constitution, Scheme of Delegation and Single Assurance Framework, following consultation with the Section 73 Officer and Monitoring Officer where required.

C)    Delegated authority to the Executive Director for Strategy and Inclusive Growth, in consultation with the Mayor, Executive Director of Resources and Monitoring Officer, to enter into and execute the grant funding agreements necessary to implement projects that have received approval through the relevant business case approval process.
